What counts as a renewal?

One thing you track: a subscription, a domain, a contract, a licence, an insurance policy, a membership, or a document expiry with no payment at all. Cancelled and archived ones do not count against the limit.

Do you charge my cards or move money?

No. Renewitz never connects to a bank or card. You record the last four digits and expiry so you know where each renewal is charged; nothing else.

What happens after a renewal date?

Nothing is assumed. You are asked whether it renewed; when you confirm, the payment goes into the history and the next date is set from the billing rule. If it was cancelled, the saving is recorded.

Monthly or annual?

Both. Annual is ten months' price and you can cancel either at the end of the period you paid for.
