Terms of service

1. The service

Renewitz (renewitz.com) is a web application by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”) that keeps the subscriptions, contracts, domains, licences, memberships, insurance policies and document expiries you enter on one renewal calendar, with reminders, payment-method mapping, history and reports.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; what happens under your sign-in is yours.

3. Renewals and plans

Every plan has a limit on the number of renewals tracked; cancelled and archived renewals do not count. Free includes 20. Starter, Professional and Business are billed in advance through Razorpay, monthly or annually, and renew until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay; the amount shown is the whole amount.

4. Your data

What you enter stays yours and can be exported as CSV at any time. Renewitz never holds a full card number, CVV or bank credential, never connects to a bank or vendor, and never moves money on your behalf.

5. Reminders and accuracy

Dates, amounts and reminders are calculated from what you enter; currency conversions are estimates. Reminders are sent on a best-effort basis by email and can be delayed or filtered by your mail provider. Renewitz is a reminder and record-keeping tool: it is your responsibility to renew, pay or cancel with the vendor, and we are not liable for a missed renewal, a charge, or a lapse. We do not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempt to overload or reverse the service, no use that harms other people. We may suspend accounts that break this.

7. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Browser tools keep working once loaded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Law

Indian law; courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
