Privacy policy

What you enter

Renewitz holds what you type in: the vendors, plans, amounts, currencies, dates, categories, tags and notes of the renewals you track; the payment methods you describe (a nickname, the bank or provider, the last four digits and the expiry month and year); the vendors you add; and the reminders you choose. That is the product, and it is yours.

What we never ask for

A full card number, a CVV, a bank login, a UPI PIN or any credential. Renewitz does not connect to your bank, card or any vendor account, and never moves money. If you paste a full card number into a note, remove it — we do not want it.

Emails

Reminders and digests go to your account email or the notification address you set. Each send is logged (which renewal, which date, which offset) so nothing is sent twice. Sign-in codes and plan receipts go to your account email.

Retention

Renewals, history, payment methods and settings: kept while your workspace exists, and deleted with it. Account, plan and invoice records: kept while your account exists, and invoices for as long as Indian tax law requires after that.

Why

To run your calendar, send the reminders you asked for, invoice you, answer support, and keep the service secure. Never for advertising, never sold, never shared with anyone who does not need it to do one of those jobs.

Who else sees it

Razorpay (plan payments), the database and web hosting providers for the data above, and the email provider for reminders, sign-in codes and receipts. Vendor names and amounts are never sent to the vendors.

Your rights

See, correct, export or delete your data any time: every list has a CSV export, and you can write to renewitz@grandfieldmedia.com. Deleting your account removes your workspace and everything in it.
